  Jonesing for a pie, I ring Banksy at his flat on Knight. "Hey, artsy, meet me over at Pizza J, I want a pie."
    "What?" said Banksy.
    "Yeah, I gotta get a pie."
    "Ok, I'll get off the couch, I need to freshen up a bit though."
    "What?"
    "Yeah, I was junking down on Allen's for scrap and I'm pretty ripe"
    "No one cares, it's Pizza J's."
    Banksy then said, "You know, I don't get the whole Pizza J thing. And their vehicles either, I'd love to put some better graphics on them."
    "Yeah, kinda lame, but they get their mojo from Julian's."
    "Really, J is for Julian's?" said Banksy.
    "Yup, yes it is. And now you've found five dollars, Mr. Art Man."
    "What a gas, so fresh, so dope."
    "Let's go Bankster, I'll buy you a chicken parmigiana and a birra."
    "Aight, peace out, come scoop me up."
    And with that the world famous artist Banksy hung up and then I went back to bed, fell asleep and that was that.

  This is one of our favorite places to get vegan pizza. The vegan cheese and vegan sausage that they use is delicious. Staff here is also friendly.
  
  They have their own parking lot which is nice.
  
  Would highly recommend!

  Had to go back and update after Pizza J quickly rose to the top of our "go to" restaurants for dinner in Providence! I just finished out performing in a musical that played down the street from this fantastic eatery, and we basically went here for dinner every night after my performances! Of course, that allowed me to sample a few more menu items, and I felt like the Garlic Fries deserved a review update all of their own!
  
  You MUST order these decadent and delightful morsels of garlicky goodness! Hand cut fries topped with garlic aioli, Parmesan cheese, and herbs, all served in a heaping portion that's perfect for sharing - or not! Pro tip: don't plan on kissing anyone after you have these, unless they ate the fries too! The garlic flavor packs a punch! However, they are AMAZING, and one of the best starters I've had at all the casual dining restaurants in PVD. Definitely worth checking out.
  
  Extra special shoutout to our server, Martha, who we had tending our table on more than one occasion. She is hysterically funny, attentive, and awesome, and if you can request her as your server when you go, DO IT! We got the Garlic Fries at her excellent recommendation! Her service plus the awesome appetizer pumped my review of Pizza J up from four stars to five - and it really is worth that rating!

  Went in last night because I had a coupon for a free slice of pizza as part of the RI Food Fights- Lord of the Pies month. I was told it was "dine in only," which I knew. However, other pizza spots did give the option of take out (thank you to the other places)!
  I sat at the bar, ordered a slice of pre-made pepperoni pizza. My hunny ordered a house salad. Waited foreverrrrr! Unacceptable. My slice of pizza was PRE-MADE and a side salad -house salad seems extra small? Waitever 20 min?

  I've had a few slices and none were bad. None were that good either though. The decor was great though, drinks are fine, staff are cool
